We are getting down to the wire now! We spent the last few days emptying out everything out of the kitchen for the demo that will be starting on Monday.

We are now running on kitchen life support systems. :-)

I have 60 meals for two made up and in the freezer (mostly soups, stews, & casseroles). Those along with salads and fresh vegetables from our C.S.A. shares will make up most of our meals for the next two months.

We are going through one last selection crisis right now. The type of granite that we originally picked out for the counter tops is not meeting with wife approval. The samples of Ocean Etoli that we originally looked at had yellow/gold flecks in it and none of the slabs that we have looked at lately have had any of the yellow/gold in it. We are going out to look at some more slabs this weekend. Hopefully we will find one that meets with her approval.
