A nice hot sandwich that goes great with a crisp green salad and a big slice of watermelon.

- mixing bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 T. teriyaki glaze
- 2 pineapple slices
- 2 buns
- butter
Cooking Instructions
Place the covered skillet over medium heat.
Place the pork and 1 T. of the teriyaki glaze into the bowl. Combine and form into two 1/4 lb. burgers.
Reduce the skillet to medium-low. Place a little bit of butter in the skillet. Add the burgers and pineapple slices when the butter stops bubbling. Cover and wait four minutes.
Flip the burgers and pineapple slices after four minutes. Leave uncovered for two minutes.
Place the burgers and pineapple slices on the buns and drizzle with the remaining glaze and enjoy.
Notes
To get 2 T. of teriyaki glaze reduce 4 T. of teriyaki sauce [1] in a small sauce pan over low to medium-low heat.
